Career Pilot Program Requirements
- Be able to read, write, speak and understand English

Training time frame
Depending on your training arability a commercial certificate is typically obtained within 16 to 18 months.

- Create an account at the FAA application site IACRA.gov. This is where all of your pilot certificate applications will be published. Right now all you need is to register an account. You will complete the certificate application with your instructor.
- Create an account and complete an application for a third class medical certificate.
- Set up an appointment with a Medical Pilot Examiner and obtain your medical certification.
